Executive Modular LLC ("Executive Modular," "we," "us") operates executive-modular.com and leases and sells modular buildings. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information you give us through this website

When you submit a form on this site we collect the contact and project information you enter — typically your name, company, phone number, email address, and details about the building you need. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out any work you go on to order.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Information we collect when you become a customer

If you lease or purchase from us we also keep the records a business normally keeps about a customer: billing and site addresses, purchase order numbers, contract and lease documents, invoices, and payment records. We use this to deliver and service your building, to invoice you, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Our QuickBooks Online integration

We use a private software integration with QuickBooks Online to manage our own accounting records. It is built and used solely by Executive Modular LLC. It is not a product, it is not offered to anyone else, and no third party has access to it.

What it accesses. Customer records, invoices, recurring invoice templates, products and services, payment terms, and accounting reports — all within Executive Modular's own QuickBooks Online company.

What it does. It reads our project and budget records, assembles the matching invoice lines, and writes invoices and recurring invoice templates into our QuickBooks company. It also reads QuickBooks reports so we can check those records against our budgets.

What it does not do. It does not send anything to customers, move money, or make payment decisions. Invoices it creates are reviewed by the owner of the business before they go out.

Where the data goes. QuickBooks data accessed by this integration stays within Executive Modular's own systems. It is not sold, not shared with any third party, and not used to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

Revoking access. The connection between our systems and QuickBooks Online can be revoked at any time by the Executive Modular company administrator, from QuickBooks Online → Settings → Apps → Disconnect, or from within our own systems. Revoking access immediately ends the integration's ability to read or write any QuickBooks data.

How we store and protect information

Access to customer and accounting records is limited to Executive Modular personnel who need it to do their job. Credentials used to connect to QuickBooks Online are stored with restricted file permissions and are never shared outside the business or written into logs. Connections to QuickBooks Online use Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization and encrypted transport.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become orders are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Contract, invoice, and accounting records are kept for as long as the law and our tax obligations require, which is generally at least seven years.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
